Your Role:

Dylan Oaks is looking for a Senior TikTok & Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our creator, influencer and affiliate strategy, with a strong focus on TikTok, TikTok Shop and social commerce.

This role will be responsible for building a high-performing creator network that increases brand awareness, produces engaging content and delivers measurable revenue growth across our jewellery collections, personalised products and key gifting campaigns.

Working closely with the Marketing, Creative, Product and Retail teams, the successful candidate will take ownership of creator recruitment, affiliate performance, product seeding, agency relationships and campaign participation across TikTok and other relevant social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• The individual will step into an established affiliate programme, responsible for overseeing the current operation, With the main responsibility of establishing a best-in-class TikTok shop programme.

Creator and Affiliate Strategy

• Lead Dylan Oaks’ creator, influencer and affiliate strategy.
• Recruit, activate and retain creators who align with the brand and can drive both revenue and awareness.
• Build long-term creator, ambassador and affiliate relationships.
• Identify emerging and established creators with strong commercial potential.

TikTok Shop and Social Commerce

• Build, launch and scale the Dylan Oaks TikTok Shop strategy from the ground up, establishing it as a measurable & sustainable revenue channel
• Manage creator participation across TikTok Shop affiliate tools and campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to identify hero products, gifting opportunities and conversion drivers.
• Track and optimise creator performance using revenue, conversion, engagement and content output.

Outreach, Seeding and Relationships

• Manage creator outreach and product-seeding campaigns.
• Coordinate creator selection, gifting, campaign briefs, follow-up and content tracking.
• Build strong nurturing relationships with creators, agents, managers and affiliate partners.

Campaigns and Trading Moments

• Lead creator activity across product launches and seasonal campaigns, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
• Align creator activity with brand strategy, stock availability and e-commerce priorities.
• Support creator participation in store openings, events and retail activity where appropriate.

International Growth and Community

• Support creator and affiliate growth across Ireland, the UK and selected international markets.
• Build an engaged community of Dylan Oaks creators and brand advocates.
• Develop ambassador programmes, creator events and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure creator content reflects the Dylan Oaks brand, tone and customer experience.

Performance and Reporting

• Produce regular reporting on creator revenue, conversion, engagement, content output and return on investment.
• Identify high-performing creators, products and content formats.
• Use performance insights to improve recruitment, seeding and campaign activity.
• Manage creator and affiliate budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years’ experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing or social commerce.
• Practical experience using TikTok Shop, creator affiliate platforms or similar social-commerce tools.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and emerging social-media trends.
• Hands-on experience recruiting, briefing and managing creators from outreach through to content delivery.
• Strong understanding of affiliate links, commission structures, conversion and creator monetisation.
• Comfortable producing performance reports and using data to improve results.
• Experience working with creators, agents, agencies and affiliate networks.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and creator relationships.

Preferred:

• Experience within jewellery, fashion, beauty, gifting, lifestyle or another product-led consumer brand would be beneficial.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
