Accounts Receivable Clerk
Sevenoaks, Kent
£25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Full-time | Immediate Start Available

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing and supportive team based in Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a busy office environment, where no two days are the same.

The Role

This position will primarily focus on accounts receivable duties, alongside providing wider administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and processing sales invoices (approx. 60% of the role)
  • Recording and tracking costs using internal coding systems (fuel, materials, hotels)
  • Ordering materials for projects
  • Booking hotels and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the wider team with general administration
  • Assisting senior staff when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance admin role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Sage Line 50
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
