Full job description
Swallow Dental Supplies is seeking a driven and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering the North London region of the UK. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the dental sector to achieve regional sales targets.
Location: Field-based (80–100% on territory)
Salary: Competitive, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of dental products, including loupes, surgical instruments, consumables, equipment, and biomaterials, to dentists and dental care professionals.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the territory to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Proactively schedule and attend appointments with dental practices, hospitals, corporates, and universities to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent Swallow Dental at exhibitions, study clubs, and company events to network and strengthen brand presence.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting across CRM, sales pipeline, and expense systems.
- Consistently meet key performance indicators as set by the business.
- Territory covers postcodes: AL, CM, CO, E, EC, EN, HA, HP, IG, IP, LU, N, NR, NW, RM, SG, SS, W, WC, WD
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dental sales, or a clinical background such as Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, or Practice Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanour.
- A proven track record of delivering sales results; however, we will also consider highly motivated individuals with the right attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and plan effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
