Senior Sales Support Coordinator

Are you a proactive, commercially minded professional with strong sales support experience?

We're looking for a highly organised Senior Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting sales success, managing customer orders and projects, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to coordinate complex orders, manage quotations and pricing, track deliveries, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly from enquiry to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the sales team with customer quotations, pricing and order fulfilment.
  • Managing customer sales orders and supplier purchase orders from start to finish.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Tracking orders, deliveries and project milestones, providing regular updates.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and maximise margins.
  • Resolving order and fulfilment queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate records across business systems.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and commercial performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a sales support, commercial support or order management role.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience of quotations, pricing and margins.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good Excel skills and experience using CRM or ERP systems.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership.
