Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, and exceptional communication abilities. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service to maximise dealership profitability. A background in sales, sales management, and proficiency with CRM software are highly desirable. Fluency in English is essential.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through coaching and performance management.
  • Manage all incoming sales enquires.
