About WealthWise Connect
Are you a highly motivated, self-starting professional looking to accelerate your career into the prestigious and highly lucrative UK Wealth Management sector?

At WealthWise Connect, we are a rapidly expanding, forward-thinking organisation operating on a nationwide scale with offices in Hull and the City Of London. We specialise in providing a premier matching service, seamlessly connecting both private individuals and corporate clients with an expansive network of trusted, fully FCA-regulated independent financial professionals. Our innovative approach to digital marketing and social media advertising generates a vast, continuous stream of high-quality inbound inquiries, positioning our firm at the cutting edge of the modern financial services industry.

We are currently expanding our dynamic Client Servicing Team at our modern Hull and East Yorkshire operational hub. We are seeking ambitious, resilient, and eager-to-learn Business Development Associates who are driven by uncapped earning potential and the desire to thrive in a high-energy, supportive corporate environment. Prior experience in the industry or in sales is not required but desirable - full initial and ongoing training is provided.

The Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact for our prospective clients. You will not be tasked with dispensing financial advice; rather, you will utilise your exceptional communication skills to manage high volumes of inquiries, qualify leads, and set appointments for our advisory network. Commission is earned by setting appointments, not from dealing with any sale of products.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound Lead Mastery: Receiving and expertly managing warm inbound inquiries generated from our highly successful social media and digital advertising channels.
  • High-Volume Outbound Engagement: Proactively executing a high volume of daily outbound calls to a meticulously provided pipeline of prospective leads to maximise conversion opportunities with a daily stream of new leads coming through.
  • Consultative Appointment Setting: Utilising active listening and professional communication to understand client requirements and successfully set appointments with our network of Level 4 qualified Wealth Managers.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensuring all inquiries are handled appropriately, compliantly, and recorded accurately utilising our internal CRM systems to maintain pristine data hygiene.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
We believe in aggressively rewarding high performance. We offer an industry-leading compensation architecture designed to facilitate exceptional wealth creation for our top performers.

  • Exceptional Earning Potential: A competitive basic salary paired with a market-leading, highly competitive commission model. Realistic and achievable Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 - £65,000.
  • Career Trajectory: Unparalleled opportunities to learn, grow, and be promoted within a rapidly expanding, nationwide business. We provide industry-leading training and ongoing skills development to ensure your continuous success and mastery of the sector.
  • Vibrant Office Culture: A fantastic, highly dynamic office atmosphere built on collaboration, high energy, and mutual success.
  • Core Operational Perks: Comprehensive employer pension scheme, free on-site parking at our offices, and complimentary premium coffee and daily refreshments.
  • Elite Experiential Incentives: We celebrate success properly. Enjoy quarterly team bonuses and regular, high-end team-building incentives including dining at top Michelin-starred and fine-dining restaurants across the country, high-octane track days, competitive clay pigeon shooting events, luxury spa recovery days, and attendance at premier sporting events.

The Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this market-leading environment, you must possess:

  • A Self-Starting Mentality: You are inherently driven, deeply motivated by success, and possess the psychological resilience to handle high-volume sales activities consistently.
  • A Willingness to Learn: You are highly coachable, eager to absorb industry-leading compliance and sales training, and can adapt quickly to the fast-paced financial services sector.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You possess a flawless telephone manner, the ability to build immediate rapport, and the confidence to guide conversations professionally and appropriately.
  • Drive and Ambition: You are not looking for a standard administrative role; you are looking for a platform to maximize your earning potential and build a serious, long-term career.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong inter-personal skills in any industry and a willingness to learn.
  • Competent with basic IT skills on M365 Products.
