As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a predominantly office-based role located at our Belfast Headquarters, where you'll play a central role in supporting both our internal sales team and our field sales representatives across Ireland.

You'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, maximising sales within our existing customer base and delivering marketing initiatives that generate leads, strengthen customer engagement and support the continued growth of the business.

The successful candidate will also ensure our CRM and sales management systems are fully utilised, providing valuable sales insights, managing customer data and helping improve sales processes across the company.

Occasional travel throughout Ireland will be required to attend customer meetings, exhibitions and key sporting events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and work alongside both the internal sales team and field sales representatives.
  • Generate new business opportunities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

  • Analyse sales data and produce reports to identify opportunities and monitor performance.
  • Manage and improve sales processes and customer workflows.
  • Create and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, email and social media platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media channels and create engaging content.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing activity.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and support sales presentations.
  • Attend customer meetings, exhibitions and sporting events when required.
  • Work closely with the Directors to help achieve company growth objectives.

About You

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or marketing.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to grow sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Experience using sales processing, ERP or order management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and related applications
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience within the sports, apparel or teamwear industry.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000.
  • Performance-related bonus opportunities.
  • Company laptop and mobile phone.
  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
  • A modern office environment based at our Belfast Headquarters.
