Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships and expanding our market presence. The Sales Advisor will play a vital part in representing our brand professionally and effectively across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services.
  • Conduct negotiations to close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B,B2C or events clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage client accounts efficiently, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Drive sales activities by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organise schedules effectively to optimise time management and maximise sales opportunities.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favourable outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales environments, demonstrating the ability to develop strategic partnerships.
