We are seeking an ambitious and driven External Sales Executive to join our growing sales team and play a key role in the continued expansion of our business. This field-based position offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic sales professional to build a successful long-term career while contributing directly to the growth of FW3.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing their own sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Working across a designated territory, you will promote our market-leading water solutions, including water coolers, drinking fountains, and water boilers, to commercial customers throughout the UK.

This role is ideal for a target-driven individual who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional sales results. In return, we offer a highly rewarding uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.

Basic Salary: £26,520 per annum

On-Target Earnings (OTE): £49,920+ per annum

Top Performers: Consistently earn in excess of £100,000 per annum

A company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, lead generation, and face-to-face customer visits.
  • Introduce prospective customers to our range of water cooler, drinking fountain, and water boiler solutions, offering free trials and converting prospects into long-term lease customers.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining consistent activity levels to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries, providing tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record sales activity, customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts using the company CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and growth targets.
  • Represent FW3 professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and occasional social and sporting events with key clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience within the water solutions industry or a related sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while contributing positively as part of a wider team.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
