We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior stylists with haircuts, colouring, and styling services, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, answering queries, and maintaining a friendly demeanour.
  • Support salon management with daily operations to ensure smooth business flow.
  • Participate in mentoring programmes to develop technical skillsin hairdressing
  • Upsell products and additional services to enhance client experience and maxim
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and retail areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to creating a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of salon management procedures is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to upsell products or services while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Organised with good time management skills and the capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
