We are currently looking for a TRAINEE SALON MANAGER for our Crosshill street salon in MOTHERWELL.

This is an opportunity to be fully trained in the role of Salon Manager, within one of our smaller salons which could also lead to further management and career opportunies within the company as your progress

We are looking to hire someone who can hit the ground running and bring some experience and enthusiasm to the team. This could be from some supervisory experience or team leader perhaps. Full training and management development programmes are in place.

You will be responsible for the overall day to day running of the salon, as well as completing salon reports, daily banking's, salon rotas and planning holiday cover, achieving personal sales targets and ensuring salon targets are achieved, providing excellent customer service at all times and leading a team by example in all aspects of the role.

You should have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role (customer facing/ sales/retail etc) and ideally be able to bring some prior experience in a supervisory / team leader).

We provide a full management training and development programme and you will have weekly support from our area managers ongoing.

Hours are 24-30 per week (available) and will include 4 or 5 days Monday - Friday between 10-4pm although there may be a need to cover additional evenings and weekends occasionally.

Managers must be able to provide additional flexibility in terms of covering shifts and may be at times expected to work additional hours and or weekends as required

You'll be paid fortnightly and earn up to £13.30 per hour initially as a trainee manager, with an UNCAPPED commission which is paid out 3 times per year, as well as 75% staff discount!

There are also options for promotion to levels 1, 2 & 3 Manager and above allowing you the scope to earn up to £14.40 per hour in the Senior Salon Manager roles as well as more senior roles to progress towards including Area Support Manager and Regional roles
