Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairdressing, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for style. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling services, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Duties

  • Providing a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, colour treatments, blow-drying, and specialised styling.
  • Performing specialised services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Managing front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and client enquiries.
  • Mentoring junior team members and sharing expertise to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Upselling products and additional services to maximise client experience and salon revenue.
  • Assisting with store management tasks such as stock replenishment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Skills in barbering, specialising in men's grooming if applicable.
  • Proficiency in store management and front desk operations.
  • Expertise in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and colour techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a positive team environment.
