Role Overview
We have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join Savills’ Energy Team, based in either our London, Perth or Edinburgh offices. This role offers the chance to advise clients across the UK on a broad spectrum of energy and infrastructure technologies, including onshore wind, solar PV and energy storage.
This is a varied and dynamic position, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities. You will be involved in strategic site identification and evaluation, considering key factors such as land, planning and grid connectivity. A core element of the role will include land assembly on behalf of renewable energy developers, alongside leading negotiations on Heads of Terms and Option & Lease agreements.
We are seeking a candidate with notable experience in land rights negotiation, ideally with a background in the energy development sector. The successful individual will act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, taking a proactive, lead role in project delivery. You will be comfortable working autonomously, while also contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships.

Team Overview
Savills provides a full suite of energy and sustainability services across both the built and natural environments. The Savills Energy team numbers around 40 people who support the delivery of renewable and low‑carbon infrastructure across the UK. We bring together four complementary service lines. Our Land & Tenant service line covers land interests for institutional and private landowners. Our Energy Development service line guides schemes from origination through planning and delivery. Our Consultancy service line provides strategic, technical and commercial advice to landowners, developers and investors. While our Capital Advisory service line offers M&A and valuation services across energy markets.
The Savills Energy Team forms part of Savills Earth platform, bringing together multi‑disciplinary expertise to help clients embed sustainability across the real estate lifecycle—delivering commercial success while creating lasting value for communities and the planet.
