Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Contracts Manager to oversee and coordinate contractual agreements along with daily operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with a background in construction, project management, or related fields to contribute to our ongoing success. The Contracts Manager will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple scaffolding contracts from award through to completion
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, site managers, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
  • Plan labour, materials, and resources effectively across projects
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements where required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Prepare reports, valuations, and project documentation
  • Support business development and contribute to tendering processes

Skills

  • Proven experience in the scaffolding industry is essential
  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding operations, safety standards, and regulations
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Commercial awareness and budget management experience
  • Full UK driving licence
