Job Summary
We are seeking Scaffolders, Part 1, Part 2, and Advanced to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications
  • Inspect scaffolding regularly to ensure stability and safety throughout the project duration
  • Follow detailed plans and diagrams to assemble scaffolding accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with the transportation and storage of scaffolding materials on-site
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Skills

  • Proven experience in scaffolding, with valid Part 1 & Part 2 certifications
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in scaffolding assembly and disassembly
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Physical fitness and stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Candidates with additional expertise in fabrication or experience working with specialised construction equipment will be highly regarded. All applicants must demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
