Proven experience conducting scaffold inspections on active construction sites.

Experience inspecting a range of scaffolding structures, including independent scaffolds, access towers, loading bays, birdcages and other temporary access arrangements.

Ability to interpret scaffold drawings, design specifications and compliance documentation.

Good understanding of scaffold stability, load classifications, foundations, ties, bracing, access and edge protection.

Experience identifying non-compliant scaffolding and communicating required remedial works.

Confidence working independently and dealing directly with site management teams.
