MDS Scaffolding is looking for an experienced and qualified Scaffolder/s to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking and capable of working safely and professionally as part of a scaffolding team.

The Role

You will be involved in a range of scaffolding projects, including the erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding systems across various sites.

Duties will include:

  • Erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolding safely and efficiently
  • Working in accordance with current industry standards and company procedures
  • Following risk assessments, method statements and scaffold designs
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site safety
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Representing MDS Scaffolding professionally on client sites

Requirements

  • Valid CISRS Scaffolder qualification/card
  • Previous scaffolding experience
  • Good understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Reliable transport or ability to get to designated meeting points/sites

Reliability and Attendance

Punctuality and attendance are essential requirements for this role.

At an absolute minimum, we expect applicants to turn up for work, on time, every day they are scheduled to work, unless there is a genuine and unavoidable reason preventing attendance.
