  • Develop and continually improve company systems, procedures and operational processes.
  • Manage company plant, vehicles and equipment.
  • Work closely with clients, site teams and the Operations Manager to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Coach, mentor and develop operatives, promoting a culture of quality, professionalism and accountability.

About You

You’ll genuinely care about quality and take pride in doing things properly. You’re the type of person who notices the details, sets high standards and wants to create an operation that people are proud to work for and clients trust.

Essential

  • Current CISRS scaffolding qualifications appropriate to the role.

  • Experience planning works and coordinating labour and resources.
  • Competent using IT systems for planning, scheduling and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desirable

  • Experience implementing operational improvements and developing business systems.

What We Offer

  • £40,000 basic salary.
  • Up to £6,000 annual performance bonus.
  • Company van.
  • Company pension.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • Genuine career progression into a senior operational management role.
  • The opportunity to help shape the standards, systems and reputation of a fast-growing business.

If you’re an experienced scaffolding professional who wants more than just another management role and is ready to make a lasting impact on a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
