  • Support scaffolding teams on site with general labouring duties, including moving, stacking and organising materials.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.
  • Complete relevant vehicle, delivery and collection documentation accurately.
  • Comply with drivers' hours, tachograph requirements and all applicable road transport regulations.
  • Follow company Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments and site-specific safety requirements.
  • Work closely with our scaffold teams, management and office staff to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
  • Represent HSD Scaffolding professionally when attending customer sites.

  • Ability and willingness to undertake physical scaffold labouring duties, including manual handling.
  • A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A professional approach to work and customer interactions.
  • A strong commitment to workplace Health & Safety.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience working within the scaffolding or construction industry.
  • Experience transporting scaffolding or other construction materials.
  • Knowledge of safe loading, unloading and load-securing procedures.
  • Previous experience in a physically demanding, site-based role.

Please note: A scaffolding qualification is not required for this position. We are happy to consider suitable Class 2 drivers who can undertake general scaffold labouring duties. Training may be provided where appropriate.
