EQUANS is looking for a Project Manager to join our refurbishment team, this is a full time permanent role. Our head office base is Hatfield however this role will be working on sites across Greenwich. We offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in a Project Management role for social housing. This project is capital works including but not limited to scaffolding, roofs, windows. We work on large volumes and short turn arounds so experience in this is needed. Experience in Microsoft Projects is also essential.
What will you deliver?
Achieve the target contributions by effectively and diligently managing projects in accordance with the contract documents and programme. Responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality, whilst exceeding client expectations and maximising profit for Regeneration Limited. To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy and ensure all employees reporting to you do the same and being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Social housing and refurbishment experience
- Experience in Microsoft Projects is essential
- Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation including the safety bill.
- Understanding of local government procurement
- Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Full clean UK driving license
