Being partnered with Utility Warehouse (Telecom Plus PLC), we serve their one million plus customers with their chosen energy saving products, and have recently secured a new partnership with Uswitch and MoneySuperMarket, along with further launches with other leading comparison brands happening soon.

We have been successfully trading for over 13 years, employing over 120 office staff and 1,700 subcontracting Engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become one of the UK's largest energy installers in the coming years.

Due to our continual expansion, we have a brand new opening for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

Contracts Manager Responsibilities

• To build, grow and develop a new scaffolding network, to work inside our “Uber Style” app;
• To increase our current network from 1.7K engineers in key areas, for our chosen products;
• To understand performance trends in analysing data to increase efficiencies;
• To increase the reliability of our engineers / contractors to achieve first time installations rates.

Contracts Manager Required Skills And Experience

• At least 5 years within a similar managerial role;
• Proven track record of successfully leading and inspiring teams to perform;
• Experience in strategic planning and project management;
• Strong analytical skills to interpret, summarise and present data;
• Excellent time management and organisation skills;
• Possession of a strong technical skill set.
