Fantastic opportunity to join an established business based in Liverpool on a full time permanent basis.

Duties

To undertake Electrical reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.

· To actively undertake electrical proactive maintenance works (reactive works not yet identified by a client) identified on site.

· To undertake electrical PPM works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.

· To undertake new installations, major and minor electrical repair works and attend to breakdown’s when required.

· To provide call out response for the clients as and when required

· To work an amount of overtime to complete out of hours PPM and reactive works.

· Undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.

· To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.

Requirements

· City & Guilds 2391, 2394, 2395

· 18th edition wiring regulations inspecting and testing

· IPAF licence for working at height on motorised platforms (1b, 3a, 3b) [preferred]

· PASMA qualified for the erecting of scaffolding [preferred]

· Basic understanding of Health & Safety required

· Must be able to prepare and write job reports.

· Must have no more than 3 points on driving license

· Progression within the company is available
