Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious qualified Scaffolders. for immediate start.

Must be based in Oxfordshire

Drivers licence required

Work can also be given on a day by day basis on top of current job to earn extra money.

Wage paid on completion of each week, Saturday availability is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures on various sites, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in accordance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards
  • Ensure all scaffolding is secure and stable before use, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople such as roofers, to facilitate smooth workflow
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, removing debris and unused materials
  • Follow all safety protocols during assembly and disassembly processes to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills

  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in scaffolding assembly and general construction work
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to working at height and scaffold installation
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and safety procedures
  • Physical fitness to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks efficiently
