Are you passionate about education and want to create a lasting impact in your community? LTS is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate tutors to deliver: 1-2-1, face-to-face tuition as part of our exciting Outreach Programme.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use your expertise to adapt lessons which meet individual learning needs.
  • Help SEND children in reaching their full educational potential and boost their confidence.
  • Be passionate about inclusion, creating learning environments where every student feels seen, supported and capable.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, upbeat attitude and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
  • Proven experience supporting a wide spectrum of SEND (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD).
  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths (primary or secondary level).
  • Reliable, organised, and confident working independently.
  • Experience collaborating with families.
  • Innovation and flexibility in lesson delivery.

QTS (preferred but not essential)
