START DATE WILL BE SEPTEMBER - (NEW School YEAR)

Make a difference every day. Join our friendly, family-run business as a School Minibus Driver and help support children and vulnerable passengers across North Kesteven.
We’re one of the area’s largest and most trusted minibus operators — and we’re growing! If you’re kind, patient, safety-focused and enjoy working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely transport passengers to and from schools in a brand-new vehicle.
  • Work as part of a team alongside a supportive Passenger Assistant.
  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional service to all passengers.
  • Follow all road safety rules and ensure the well-being of everyone on board.

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid driving licence with D1 or D category with no more than 6 points.
  • A valid CPC card
  • Minimum age: 25 (for insurance purposes).
  • A kind, fun, patient and hardworking nature.
  • Confident, safe driving skills and a strong focus on customer care.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with children or vulnerable groups is a bonus — but not essential!

  • 20–35 hours per week during term time + optional extra hours

  • In-person, transporting passengers to and from schools across North Kesteven.
