Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, responding to customer enquiries, and carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. The Administrative Assistant will liaise with clients and colleagues, assist with data entry, and provide general office support as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service and office-based environment, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and demonstrate a professional and courteous approach when dealing with customers and staff.

Responsibilities
