  • Tailored professional development to match your ambitions
  • A genuinely supportive, social team culture
  • Pension scheme + wellbeing support from our in-house team

  • Experience delivering high-quality Science lessons, ideally across KS3–KS4.
  • Knowledge of current Science curriculum, SEN practices, and alternative pedagogies.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • A creative, flexible, and proactive approach.

Desirable:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Degree or A-level in Science.
  • Experience teaching students with behavioural and/or SEN needs.
  • Background in a creative, therapeutic, or alternative education setting.
  • Ability to teach English, Maths and Science to a foundation GCSE level.

  • Weekly CPD to keep you growing and thriving
