  • Track project timelines and key milestones.
  • Coordinate customer samples and sample dispatch.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source ingredients and technical information.
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up to date.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support improvements to existing products, recipes and manufacturing processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve NPD systems and ways of working.
  • Maintain high standards of organisation within the development kitchen.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience within a food manufacturing NPD role (graduates with relevant industry placements will also be considered).
  • Passion for food and product development.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within cereal, bakery or snack manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of nutritional calculations and food labelling.

  • Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

Success Measures

  • Deliver NPD projects accurately and on time.
