Location: Cambridge

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Job Profile: Lead Laboratory Technician

Salary/annum: Min £39,500 - Max £67,200

Description of role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead CNC Laboratory Technician to support advanced manufacturing and research programmes. This role will focus on CNC machining, CAD and CAM integration, and the production of precision components, tooling and fixtures.

You will play a key role in interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models, translating them into efficient machining strategies using CNC equipment and offline programming tools. You will also provide technical leadership across machining activities, ensuring high quality outputs that meet strict tolerance and performance requirements.
