Full job description

We are looking for self-employed GCSE Business Studies, GCSE Science and BTEC Sport teachers to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with our learners across Nottinghamshire. We pay £50 per hour for small group work and £35 per hour for 1:1.

Do Talk Write is an alternative education provider; we create bespoke timetables for young people who are unable to attend mainstream education.

We weave creativity and mindfulness into our curriculum and take a flexible and nurturing approach to teaching. We are looking to recruit high quality teachers to deliver GCSE Business Studies, Science or BTEC Sport.

You will work on a sessional basis during term time. Applications are welcome from professionals with experience across all age ranges and those who have worked successfully with young people in a range of settings. Those recruited will be able to work flexibly and travel reasonable distances.

Our rates of pay are competitive and our team is supportive, kind and approachable. We believe we make a real difference to the outcomes of pupils who attend our provision.

All teaching staff are sub-contracted (self-employed) and paid on a monthly basis.
