Locations: Peebles, Galashiels, Hawick & Kelso

Interviews: July - Aug | Training: Oct - Nov | Expected Start Date: January 2027

Base Pay: £39,000 pro rata, plus an uncapped bonus scheme offering significant earning potential based on performance. This is based on running the minimum of three choirs, with each choir requiring approximately five hours per week.

Rock Choir, the UK's leading contemporary choir, is looking for enthusiastic Choir Leaders to run fun, uplifting rehearsals and grow thriving local choirs.

What you'll do

  • Lead engaging weekly choir rehearsals at each of the named locations above (minimum of 3 locations)
  • Inspire singers of all abilities
  • Help grow your choirs and create an amazing member experience
  • Take part in performances and special events

What we're looking for

  • Confident singing and playing piano at the same time (essential)
  • A natural performer, teacher and motivator
  • Friendly, enthusiastic and organised
  • Own transport
  • Previous choir-leading experience is welcome but not essential – full training is provided
