As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Internal Legal Recruiter to lead and support our talent acquisition efforts.

The Role

As our Internal Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional legal professionals across a range of practice areas. Working closely with partners, managers, and department heads, you will play a key role in building and strengthening our legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for legal and support staff positions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top legal talent.
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within legal recruitment or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional, organised, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.
  • CIPD, REC qualification, or similar recruitment-related training is advantageous.
