Bathroom Installer - RH17, Up To £45,000

Must have experience in installing or carrying out the following:

Thermostatic Electric showers (Plumbing only)
Thermostatic mixer showers
Wet floor tray formers in to timber & solid floors (excluding floor laying)
Grading & screeding of floors for shower area (excluding floor laying)
Low step in shower trays
Shower doors along with curtain rails.
Waste pumps (plumbing only)
Washbasins
WC Suites
Re-siting of radiators (wet works only)
Reinforcing of partition walls
Grab rails and other assorted wall mounted rails.
Reversing of internal doors.
Boxing of pipework etc
Bond coat plastering.

Other useful, but not essential skills:

Laying of coved and flat vinyl safety flooring (Altro or similar) to timber & solid floors
Construction of non-load bearing partitioning and/or blocking up of internal door openings.
Widening of internal door openings (load bearing and non-load bearing)
Installation of internal sliding doors including pelmet etc
Removal of non-load bearing walls.
Finish coat plastering and skimming.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
• Bathroom Installer: 1 year (preferred)
