Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Multi skilled labourer. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a multi trade contractor.

Duties

• Must be able to carry out remedial repairs to walls ,small patching and plastering experience.
• Remedial works to floors , screeding and latex
• Cleaning and striping kitchens from live and void houses.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• loading and unloading goods as required.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients and tenants.

Requirements

• Valid driving license is a must have.
• CSCS card required
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A clean driving record is an advantage.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items will be part of the role.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £11.44-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
