Join our established property maintenance team as a skilled Floor Layer, contributing to high-quality residential flooring projects that make a real difference to people's homes.

We are seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our property maintenance team, carrying out flooring installations and repairs within residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and replace sheet vinyl flooring
  • Lay ceramic tiles and complete grouting and finishing works
  • Fit cap and cove wet room flooring
  • Prepare subfloors, including repairs, screeding, and applying self-levelling compounds
  • Carry out flooring works in kitchens, bathrooms, communal areas, and void properties
  • Update job progress using a PDA system
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Layer
  • Skilled in sheet vinyl, tiling, cap and cove flooring, and floor preparation
  • Basic carpentry experience beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Good communication and IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own hand and power tools required
