RESYN - Resin Flooring Installation is an industrial and commercial resin flooring solution installation company located in Maxey. We specialize in providing turnkey solutions for any flooring project, which includes underlay screeding, resin flooring, line and area marking, concrete repairs, drainage solutions, and cleaning solutions. Our customer-focused approach and extensive experience have resulted in an impressive client list, including national agreements with high-profile organizations. We work within most industry sectors, including food and beverage production, retail, leisure, education, manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical and healthcare, MOD, sports stadia, and public sector.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Co-Ordinator at RESYN - Resin Flooring Installation located in Maxey. The Contracts Co-Ordinator will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of operational requirements working alongside a Contracts team ensuring smooth operation of live projects. Ability to work to deadlines and be reactive to change is essential.
Experience
- Administration Skills
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Procurement knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload
- Experience in the industrial or construction industry is beneficial, but not essential
Responsibilities
- Following the receipt of an order to proceed with works quoted, accept the relevant documentation from the sales team and use this information to compile an operational file using finance systems and field based applications.
- Communicate with the Contracts Managers, administration team and clients to ensure smooth transition of works of site.
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractor resource.
- Compile, print and issue all the relevant information and paperwork for site based operatives.
- Update job costings and reporting documentation
- Assist with other administrative tasks where required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,075.00-£28,000.00 per year
