About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard on commercial and/or residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Screeding, floating, trowelling, and finishing concrete surfaces
• Producing smooth, level, and durable finishes
• Applying broom, power-float, and other specified finishes
• Repairing and patching concrete where required
• Working from drawings and site specifications
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
• Collaborating with site supervisors and other trades

Requirements

• Previous experience as a concrete finisher
• Ability to use hand and power finishing tools
• Knowledge of concrete placement and curing processes
• Valid CSCS card (preferred/required)
• Reliable transport to site
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Medical (Safety critical worker)

Desirable

• Experience with power floating
• Experience on commercial construction projects
