We are seeking skilled Floor Layers to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have a proven background in some of the floor types below.

With a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project., with the ability to work with various flooring materials.

The Floor Layer will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Full preparation of subfloors - ply boarding -screeding.
• Installation of various types of safety floor & Vinyl's
• Carpet & Vinyl's Domestic & Commercial
• LVT's
• Safety flooring
• Accurate measuring and cutting of flooring materials.
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Conduct repairs on existing flooring as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in floor installation.
• NVQ Operative CSCS card
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A valid driving licence as a company van is supplied

Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
