Employed Role (Experienced & Trainees)

Job Title: Carpet & Flooring Fitter / Trainee Fitter

Salary: £22,500 – £45,000+ per year (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Location: Witney and surrounding areas (Ideally candidates to be based locally)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install a wide range of flooring types including carpets, vinyl, LVT, laminate, and wood. Carry out subfloor preparation including ply boarding and screeding.
  • Handle a mix of domestic and commercial projects.
  • Ensure a flawless finish.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working tidily on site.

What We Are Looking For:

  • For Experienced Fitters: Proven track record fitting carpets, vinyl, LVT, laminate, or wood. Experience with commercial contract work is preferable, but not essential. Must hold a valid UK driving licence to use the company vehicle.
  • For Trainees: A strong work ethic, a hands-on mindset, and a genuine eagerness to learn. Own transport to get to work/site is beneficial.

Pay: £22,500.00-£45,000.00 per year
