MJS Group are seeking a self-motivated individual to join their existing team as Aftercare & Business Administrator.
This will be a varied role but will primarily involve spending the majority of the individuals time in the Aftercare Department working alongside the Aftercare Manager assisting with incoming requests for works across our patch which will include: the monitoring and management of our mobile operatives scheduler, coordinating job requests, managing orders and invoices associated to said requests, liaising with our clients and their customers alike, and provide assistance with general administrative duties within the wider business. As this is a varied role, the successful candidate will gain exposure to various disciplines within the business.
Typical duties include: Providing administrative support to the Aftercare Department and wider business.
Maintaining organised files and records of business activities.
Data analysis.
Conducting research and contributing to company reports.
Scheduling.
Customer Service.
Hours: 35.00 per week

Training Provided:
You will attend college 1 day a week during term time to work towards your Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship.
Additional Information:
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English 4/C or above.
