Join a growing social housing company as a skilled floorer where you'll make a real difference to residents' homes.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled floorer to join our growing client in the Social Housing Sector.

Duties of the Floorer:

  • Measure, prepare, and level floors before installing new flooring materials
  • Fit and repair a range of floor coverings, including vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles, laminate, and sheet flooring
  • Remove damaged or worn flooring and prepare surfaces for replacement
  • Carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
  • Complete floor patching, screeding, and minor subfloor repairs as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in flooring
  • Experience working in social housing or domestic properties
  • Clean driving licence
