Join a growing social housing company as a skilled floorer where you'll make a real difference to residents' homes.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled floorer to join our growing client in the Social Housing Sector.
Duties of the Floorer:
- Measure, prepare, and level floors before installing new flooring materials
- Fit and repair a range of floor coverings, including vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles, laminate, and sheet flooring
- Remove damaged or worn flooring and prepare surfaces for replacement
- Carry out responsive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
- Complete floor patching, screeding, and minor subfloor repairs as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in flooring
- Experience working in social housing or domestic properties
- Clean driving licence
