Screeding jobs in Rutherglen

Central Property Contracts Ltd are looking to employ the services of a competent and reliable wall and floor tiler on a sub contract basis to compliment our existing team.

Works will include but not be limited to the following:

- ceramic wall and floor tiling within kitchens and bathrooms

- natural stone tiling

- porcelain tiling

- screeding

The majority of projects will be in a domestic and light commercial setting as part of insurance reinstatement works.

It is imperative that applicants have strong customer relationship skills, maintain good house keeping practices and have a high level of finish.

From time to time maintenance repairs will be required.

Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Applicants must be able to provide their own tools and transport. In addition they should hold all relevant trade qualifications and public liability insurance.

This is a position with an immediate start available for any interested parties.
