Kickstart Your Career: Apprentice Floor Layers Wanted!

Following a year of massive success and growth, we are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our team. We are looking for two motivated, hardworking individuals to join us as Apprentice Floor Layers starting in September 2026.

The Role

You won’t just be "the person who carries the rolls." You’ll be mentored by industry pros to master the art of flooring. Over the course of your apprenticeship, you’ll learn to install:

  • Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) & Herringbone patterns.
  • Commercial & Residential Carpeting.
  • Safety Flooring and sub-floor preparation (screeding and ply-boarding).
  • Hardwood and Laminate installations.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence & Own vehicle - This is essential
  • Reliability: You’re on time, every time. The van leaves when it leaves!
  • Attitude: You take pride in your work and aren’t afraid to get stuck into a physical day’s labour.
  • Math Skills: You don't need to be Einstein, but you’ll need a basic grasp of measurements.
  • Communication: You’ll be in people's homes and businesses, so a polite, professional manner is a must.

Pay: £8.00 per hour
