We’re a small, Bristol-based construction and refurbishment company, taking on a mix of residential projects from extensions to full renovations. We pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and a no-nonsense approach.

The Role
Looking for a skilled Carpenter who can also turn their hand to other trades. This is a hands-on role with a variety of work across sites. For the right person, there’s opportunity to grow into a management role in the future.

Core Skills (Must Have)

• Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Plasterboarding
• General structural awareness (able to work safely around steels & openings)

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Plumbing
• Roofing (Pitched & Flat roofs)
• Brickwork, tiling & screeding
• Concrete work & foundations
• Plastering
• Other trades experience

Requirements

• Full driving licence & own transport
• Reliable, punctual, and practical
• Wants to learn, grow, and take ownership of work
