Full job description

FOH Staff required for KELP sustainable Scottish Seafood bar/restaurant

We’re a sustainable seafood restaurant with a focus on top quality, sustainable, seasonal Scottish seafood and excellent seasonal drinks. We focus on standards and consistency, and are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual to join our small team!
You’ll be expected to have at least one year of experience in a waiting position. Experience working behind a bar or with a coffee machine is preferable but training will be given. wine Training and understanding would be advantageous but training will be given in this also and opportunities to gain qualifications in wine will be available.

We’re a restaurant with 50 cover indoors and an additional 50 outside. We are closed on Mondays so you will not be required to work on any Mondays. We’re looking for 1 part time staff member, shifts will mainly be evenings and weekends, however, we’re always flexible and rota done week to week. Pay is every second Friday.

Hourly rate is £12.71 per hour with Tips on top of this.
Food is provided on shift, discounted meals at sister restaurants.
Successful applicants will be invited to attend a paid trial shift to see if they would enjoy working with the rest of the team and get a feel for what we are doing at Kelp.
