The Opportunity

Are you a hands-on search specialist who excels at turning strategy into flawless technical execution? Open Partners is looking for a Paid Search Associate Partner to own and drive the technical activation of our Paid Search vision for key clients. Acting as the crucial bridge between strategic planning and live performance, you will deploy campaigns seamlessly in line with best practices. Working alongside our Partners and wider team, you will master search platforms, eradicate inefficiencies, and deliver rapid, incremental, profitable growth for our clients.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Flawless Campaign Execution: Turn product strategy into high-performance reality by executing Paid Search campaigns accurately and adhering strictly to Open Partners best practices.

• Performance Optimisation: Drive tangible client growth by continuously monitoring, testing, and refining campaigns to improve metrics across reach, response, and conversion.

• Quality Assurance & Pacing: Eradicate technical errors and budget inefficiencies through systematic quality assurance, platform mastery, and routine pacing checks.

• Technical Ownership: Act as a consummate platform specialist, taking complete ownership of live campaign delivery and execution.

• Actionable Reporting: Turn complex data into clear, client-ready narratives by delivering punctual reports that highlight actionable insights rather than just numbers.

• Co-Intelligent Delivery: Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to streamline delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and boost team productivity.

• Commercial Problem Solving: Connect technical execution to business value, using platform solutions to solve specific commercial challenges for clients.

• Audit Excellence: You consistently achieve top scores across all internal best practice and quality audits.

• Zero-Error Delivery: You deploy campaigns 100 per cent error-free, on time, and fully aligned with agreed strategies to support client satisfaction and NPS.

• Co-Intelligent Output: You work seamlessly alongside AI tools to automate routine tasks, increasing speed and efficiency across daily operations.

• Punctual Reporting: You have established reliable, accurate routines for reporting, budget management, and performance commentary.
