Full job description

Customer Service Advisor (Remote) - Start August 2026

The rewards

  • Standard hours: £13.49 per hour
  • Overtime: £20.23 per hour
  • All equipment provided — just need WiFi and a quiet workspace
  • Ongoing contract with opportunity for extension and permanent employment

Hours

  • 37–40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday (2 weekends off per month)
  • Monday–Friday shifts: 8:00am–8:00pm (8-hour shifts)
  • Saturday–Sunday shifts: 8:00am–6:00pm
  • Full flexibility required

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Inbound customer service relating to maintenance queries and emergency calls
  • Logging customer notes on systems
  • Troubleshooting to understand problems and providing first-level advice
  • Taking call-out payments over the telephone
  • Complaint handling where required
  • Taking full ownership of each call and ensuring the highest levels of service
  • Making customers aware of other products at the end of the call

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

  • Excellent IT skills — required to navigate several systems
  • Strong customer service skills with empathy and good communication
  • Confident and reassuring manner
  • Must pass a criminal background and financial check
