Are you a graduate or customer-focused professional looking to build a long-term career within Wealth Management?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected financial services firm as a Graduate Financial Services Advisor (Academy Trainee). You'll receive comprehensive training, professional study support, and a structured career path designed to help you progress into a Strategic Planner role.

Whether you have experience in banking, insurance, customer service, or have recently graduated in a relevant subject, this could be the perfect first step into a rewarding and professional career within financial services.

About the Role

As an Academy Trainee, you'll join the Wealth Services team and receive full support as you work towards achieving your Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

This role has been designed to develop the next generation of financial planning professionals, providing hands-on experience, structured learning, and a clear progression pathway within the business.

You'll gain exposure to:

What We're Looking For
