About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Manager to lead the operations of our festive pop-up bar in Salisbury. This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee all aspects of bar service, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver a magical Christmas experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain excellent customer service.
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and deliveries to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the event.
• Handle cashing up, till management, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with event management to maintain the festive theme and atmosphere.
• Make staff rotas and plan shifts
• Manage stock
• Handle customer queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe bar environment at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a busy venue.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, festive environment.
• Personal Licence Holder (preferred but not essential).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak holiday dates.
