• 
  Key Responsibilities:
• Organising and coordinating within the team to make sure everything is running smoothly.
• Opening and closing of the business following the correct procedures
• Work alongside the bar management team to oversee all front of house operations.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Serving and presenting beverages,both professionally and efficiently.
• Taking food orders,serving to tables and clearing tables.
• Assisting in always keeping the bar and front-of-house clean and tidy.
• Keeping up to date with new products.
• Making customers aware of offers on our great food/drink range and drive sales through upselling products.
• Having real conversations with our guests to ensure that they are satisfied with all aspects of their stay.
• Use good local knowledge to provide guests with information about the area,helping them make the most of their stay.
• Support with stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly to maintain quality and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in bar,hospitality,or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• Good organisational skills and a positive,proactive attitude
