JOB TITLE – Seasonal Bar Supervisor
DEPARTMENT – Food and Beverage - Domes
RATE OF PAY – £12.00 per hour plus service charge and fantastic benefits!
CONTRACT TYPE –Seasonal
HOURS OF WORK – 37.5 hours
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7 including weekends

Following a hugely popular launch last Christmas, we are bringing back our Domes to the Rooftop Garden. Exclusively, for the holiday season, we are looking for you to join us from 18th November until 5th January, to bring a festive atmosphere and excellent service to our guests who have chosen to celebrate with us.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a brilliant Seasonal Bar Supervisor to join our team, looking after our Domes during the festive season. Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with outstanding customer service skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your experience in a similar position will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Guarantee an amazing experience for all our guests
Train and offer guidance and support to the team ensuring they meet The Celtic Collection standards
Supervise the smooth running of the day-to-day operation
Communicates with the Culinary team regarding guest comments and service standards
This role is varied with no two days the same. A fantastic opportunity to progress within the development of The Celtic Collection
