The ContinU Plus Academy is an innovative and exciting Alternative Provision Secondary Free School based in Kidderminster. Our academy is now in its 13th year.
The school business manager (SBM) is responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration. Our Business Manager should be proactive and a positive force for a real change in our pupils lives.
They will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and that allows other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
As the ContinU Plus Academy is a small school of no more than 120 pupils the School business manager will also oversee the smooth running of the school office.
