A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Bewdley is on the lookout for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team this year. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students in small groups and one-to-one sessions to boost confidence and academic progress
  • Assisting teachers across various subjects with lesson delivery and classroom activities
  • Helping maintain a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Offering extra support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Preparing lesson resources and helping with classroom organisation
  • Getting involved in the wider school community—think enrichment clubs, sports, events, and more!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate in any subject area
  • A genuine desire to work with young people and see them succeed
  • Positive energy, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Interest in progressing into teaching, youth work, pastoral care, or the wider education sector
